Ok it's my first day of No-vember. It's one of my many games for change.
Inspired by Jacqueline @ Oracle Girl... it's wise to practice saying no. Daily.
And a crisis can be a good catalyst to make changes,
So for the rest of November, I'll be working out in the 'no' area of the life gym; an area that is tricky and requires some muscle building!
Consciously using no - taking a stand for something that has us reclaim our power, time, energy, life-force, flow, joy and integrity; alignment.
And tracking when'no' slips in unconsciously too - when it beckons for a yes! Beliefs that are tucked away somewhere, creating an automatic 'no' tripswitch when actually it could well be totally aligned, inspired and in good orderly direction to do something; it may simply require some tending to open up the possibility of it being a yes!
And there's those times where it really ought to be a no - and my mind gets slippery and weadles it into a yes; with a justification that seems really very reasonable. When it still, ought to be a no.
And I'm writing about it... and wondering if any one else might like to play this game with me. Much more fun that way. It inspires me to imagine lots of people playing No-vember... the stories of change that come from it!
